That’s ME! I’m an BS Commerce Major in Economics graduate but I’m a IT Professional specializing in System Administration. So what am I doing in the IT Industry if I’m graduate of a business course?

Simple, I have a huge passion about computers. Since 5th Grade I have been tinkering, breaking and fixing our home computer much to dismay of my parents’ wallets. So why not take a computer related course for college? I did try to take up one — BS Commerce major in Information Systems’ Management in the University of Santo Tomas. Unfortunately, this particular major only accepts 45 students per batch! so imagine the odds i have against 1000 plus other students.

Long story short I finally decided to finish an Economics Major and and try to take up some computer courses on the side. Fortunately, my string of employments allowed me to transition from Banking to System Administrator for a publishing company.
